How to use:

1. Open the cap. 
2. Push the refill in.
3. Turn clockwise until it locks.
4. Always keep the heater upright.
5. Plug in 30 minutes before going to bed.

Storage: Store in the original packing in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. Do not expose it to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
